Building
This year has seen a big increase in the number of sales with homes being built in all areas of the estate. As a result of the recent heavy rainfall between June and September, the building will now have to be accelerated and in order to get back on track we have given the builder permission in terms of the rules, to work on Saturdays until 13.00.
At this point, it should be pointed out that the 100 year floodline has been examined and it is good to know all the buildings are above that level and despite the recent very heavy rainfall, Tweespruit homes and buildings escaped unscathed .
Infrastructure and Buildings
Improvements have been made to mitigate load shedding in order to keep our security cameras and electric fencing operational.
Garden
Improvements to the Estate Gardens is an ongoing initiative with the addition of many new plants. The gardeners work tirelessly to keep the estate looking at its best.
